In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luke97" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the luke97 online gaming platform accessible at luke97.one and all associated services, applications, and features provided thereunder.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the luke97 platform in any capacity.

• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's luke97 account at any given time, comprising real money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds where clearly labelled as such.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process conducted by luke97 using a Player's valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the luke97 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket competition, references to which appear throughout these Terms in the context of sports betting markets offered on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and luke97. By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, depositing funds, or placing a bet on the luke97 platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the luke97 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms applicable to promotions you elect to participate in.

These Terms take effect as of the date of your registration and continue to apply for the duration of your use of the luke97 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. • You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law. Persons who lack legal capacity to contract may not use the luke97 platform.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the luke97 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering a luke97 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any submitted details change.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your luke97 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. luke97 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify luke97 support immediately.

• Account usernames may not impersonate any person, organisation, or brand.
• luke97 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating reasons.
• Accounts found to have been registered using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information will be permanently suspended and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Players must notify luke97 immediately if they become aware that their account has been accessed by any person other than themselves.

luke97 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification for all registered Players. The Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires Pakistani Players to submit the following documentation before withdrawal requests will be processed:

• A clear photograph or certified scan of both the front and back of your valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face held next to your physical CNIC card.
• Proof of your registered payment method — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and registered mobile number matching the details on your luke97 account.

All financial transactions on the luke97 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your luke97 account:

Deposits: luke97 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified luke97 account. luke97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• EasyPaisa: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval

luke97 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain PKR thresholds. luke97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, public holidays, or circumstances outside its direct control. Deposits that cannot be matched to a completed account registration will be returned to the source payment method without interest.

luke97 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and PSL season special offers. The following general terms apply to all luke97 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani players who are 21 years of age or older and hold a fully registered luke97 account in good standing.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). Bonus funds and, where applicable, the deposit amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Live casino table games, certain RNG table games, and lottery-style products may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100% unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses may only be redeemed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the luke97 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on the luke97 sportsbook are final once confirmed. luke97 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in circumstances where luke97 determines that a manifest error has occurred in the odds or market settlement.
• luke97 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly published in error (manifest error) regardless of whether the bet has settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• For cricket betting markets including PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and ODIs, match result markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled according to the specific market rules published in the sportsbook.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, the physical outcome of the game as observed by multiple independent camera feeds. luke97 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game session, the hand or round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the luke97 platform and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted by luke97 at any time and without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luke97 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, circumvent account restrictions, or avoid account suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on luke97.
• Laundering money or using the luke97 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing account credentials with another individual, or permitting another person to operate your luke97 account on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not payable.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in live poker, live casino games, or any other player-versus-player gaming context.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luke97 staff members, customer support agents, or other Players via any communication channel associated with the luke97 platform.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, databases, and game content available on the luke97 platform are the intellectual property of luke97 or its licensed content providers. This intellectual property is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luke97 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any content, software, or data from the luke97 platform without express written authorisation from luke97.

The luke97 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any luke97 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luke97, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the luke97 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, luke97 accepts no liability for:

• Any loss arising from your decision to gamble or the outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Platform downtime, server interruptions, or technical failures that prevent you from accessing your account or placing bets during a live event.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, luke97's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of your net deposits during the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Discovery that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Engagement in any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory direction requiring account closure or fund freezing.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their luke97 account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure and subject to satisfactory KYC verification, any remaining real money balance in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified.

luke97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any material change to these Terms, luke97 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, including by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the luke97.one website. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the relevant amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luke97 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the luke97 platform, you agree to first contact luke97 support to seek informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

luke97 operates a formal complaints procedure for Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an informal support interaction. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the support contact listed in Section 16 and will receive a written response within 10 business days. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
